Our Resort Policies

Please review these important policies to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience during your stay.

Check-in & Check-out

●Check-in Time: 1:00 PM onwards
●Check-out Time: 11:00 AM
●Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Child & Extra Bed Policy

●Children below 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.
●Children above 6 years or adults require an extra mattress (subject to availability).
●Extra mattress charge: ₹800 per night.

Occupancy

●Maximum occupancy per room: 2 adults + 1 child below 6 years.
●Family rooms may accommodate additional guests with prior approval.

Identification Requirement

●All guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID at check-in (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driver's License).
●Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.

Smoking Policy

●Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the rooms. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.

Pet Policy

●Pets are not allowed on the property.

Alcohol Policy

●Alcohol consumption is allowed only inside guest rooms. Public drinking is strictly prohibited.
