Our Cancellation Terms

We understand that plans can change. Here are our flexible cancellation policies to accommodate your needs.

Standard Booking

  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the check-in date.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival will incur one night's charge.

Peak Season (October to January, Long Weekends, Holidays)

Peak Season Policy
  • Free cancellation up to 7 days prior to check-in.
  • 50% charge for cancellations made between 7 to 3 days.
  • No refund for cancellations made within 72 hours of check-in.

No Show Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early check-outs.

Refunds

  • All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
